The Tee Box Summit 2026 marks a defining moment — where innovation meets tradition, and a community of leaders gathers to shape the game’s next chapter. Over four immersive days, franchisees, Box Pros, athletes, and partners will align under one vision: To inspire people through the game of golf — and shape its future together.
DAY 1: PLAY + WELCOME
Thursday, October 8
Arrive, play, and settle in. The day opens at 10:00 AM with a welcome and clinic at The Canyons Golf Course, followed by the Tee Box Summit Golf Tournament with lunch provided on course. The afternoon is yours to check in and unwind before a relaxed welcome reception and dinner at Grand Summit. A guided hike and Main Street afternoon runs in parallel for spouses and guests.
10:00 AM — Welcome and range clinic with Stephen Aumock at The Canyons
11:00 AM — Tee Box Summit Golf Tournament, shotgun start, lunch on course
4:00 PM — Hotel check-in, registration, and free time
7:00 PM — Welcome reception and dinner at Grand Summit
There's no programming before the tournament — head straight to the course. Credentials and Summit swag
are picked up at the registration desk during afternoon check-in.

Farewell breakfast in The Cabin from 7:00 AM, farewell desk from 8:00 to 10:00 AM, and hotel checkout at
11:00 AM.
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS

Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) is approximately 35–40 minutes from Grand Summit Hotel, depending on traffic and weather.
When to arrive.
Thursday has no morning programming at the hotel — if you're playing, head straight to The
Canyons for the 10:00 AM welcome. Hotel rooms are ready around 4:00 PM.
Where to eat.
Breakfast is served in The Cabin at Grand Summit from 7:00 AM Friday through Sunday. Lunches are at Grand Summit, and every dinner is hosted.
What's covered.
Your registration covers accommodations, sessions, meals, and hosted events. You're responsible for airfare, ground transportation between SLC and the resort, and personal expenses.
What to pack.
Golf attire for Thursday, business casual for sessions, and a warm layer for the evenings — October nights in Park City are cold, and two of our evening events are outdoors or on the mountain. Park City also sits near 7,000 feet, so drink more water than you think you need.
Bring your laptop. Friday and Saturday certification labs are hands-on inside your own accounts.

Your Summit registration includes:

Once you arrive at the resort, the majority of your Summit-related expenses will be covered by Tee Box.

Attendees are responsible for:

● Transportation between Salt Lake City International Airport and Grand Summit Hotel
● Any personal expenses outside of Summit programming
What is the closest airport?
The closest airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).
